Zeus is not connecting to the Internet

If Zeus is not connecting to the web it is probably caused by one of the following:

1.) This usually occurs when a firewall or anti-virus software is blocking Zeus. Close all of your anti-virus and firewall software. Then try running Zeus. If Zeus is now connecting to the web then you need to edit your anti-virus or firewall settings to allow Zeus.

2.) You might need to enter your proxy settings into Zeus. To find out your Proxy settings open Internet Explorer. Click 'Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab'. Click the 'LAN Settings' button. Look under Proxy Server for your proxy address and port number. Enter those into Zeus by clicking 'Tools > Options > Proxy tab'.
